Gilbert Corbières développe une oeuvre profondément humaine des espaces de mémoire et d'émotion.
A travers le noir & blanc, il va à l'essentiel : révéler ka force du regard, la précense, la véritué du sujet.
Inspirées d'images contemporaines ou d'archives, ses figures traversent le temps et interrogent notre rapport à l'histoire, à l'exil et à l'identité.
Chaque portrait dépasse l'individu pour toucher à quelque chose d'universel.
